Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST or MST.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers
Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues
Meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Working knowledge of computers and Windows PCs
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
Must reside within Central or Mountain Time Zones
