Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST or MST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers
  • Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues
  • Meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows PCs
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
  • Must reside within Central or Mountain Time Zones
