Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST or MST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers
- Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues
- Meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows PCs
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
- Must reside within Central or Mountain Time Zones
