Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
- Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizations
- Provide education on pre-authorizations and navigate internal resources for customer support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours
