Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in NYC Hybrid or Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business and marketing leaders to understand their strategy and implement it using the platform
  • Lead integration efforts with clients and drive adoption of new product offerings
  • Negotiate renewals, generate referrals, and champion processes and product improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Experience with CRM tools, project management tools, and CDWs
  • Strong eye for business, ability to partner strategically with clients
  • Experience managing technical environments and strong product knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field
