Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in NYC Hybrid or Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business and marketing leaders to understand their strategy and implement it using the platform
- Lead integration efforts with clients and drive adoption of new product offerings
- Negotiate renewals, generate referrals, and champion processes and product improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Experience with CRM tools, project management tools, and CDWs
- Strong eye for business, ability to partner strategically with clients
- Experience managing technical environments and strong product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field
