Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, adoption, and support for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts and collaborate with customers to exceed growth and retention targets
  • Drive customer adoption and expansion through relationship-building and strategic account management
  • Conduct Customer Business Reviews and monitor key performance indicators throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • BA/BS or equivalent education required
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and a passion for technology
  • Proven ability to manage complex workloads and multiple stakeholder priorities
  • History of contributing positively as a team player
