Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, adoption, and support for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and collaborate with customers to exceed growth and retention targets
- Drive customer adoption and expansion through relationship-building and strategic account management
- Conduct Customer Business Reviews and monitor key performance indicators throughout the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- BA/BS or equivalent education required
- Experience with SaaS solutions and a passion for technology
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads and multiple stakeholder priorities
- History of contributing positively as a team player
