Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Strategic Accounts).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to ensure retention and advocacy
- Develop and implement customer adoption and engagement strategies
- Conduct Executive Business Calls and Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Relationship Management, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment
- Experience with enterprise-level, high-value strategic customers
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent
- Familiarity with tools such as Totango and Salesforce
- Experience implementing enterprise cloud and/or security platform solutions
