Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Strategic Accounts).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to ensure retention and advocacy
  • Develop and implement customer adoption and engagement strategies
  • Conduct Executive Business Calls and Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor customer outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Relationship Management, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with enterprise-level, high-value strategic customers
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with tools such as Totango and Salesforce
  • Experience implementing enterprise cloud and/or security platform solutions
