Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive client adoption and satisfaction with their SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage newly launched property management teams to ensure platform adoption
- Track and report on user engagement while providing hands-on support and training
- Manage client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of experience in managing customer relationships in B2B SaaS
- Experience in prop tech is required
- Proven track record in managing account expansions
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Experience with CRM and project management tools is preferred
