Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive client adoption and satisfaction with their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage newly launched property management teams to ensure platform adoption
  • Track and report on user engagement while providing hands-on support and training
  • Manage client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in managing customer relationships in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in prop tech is required
  • Proven track record in managing account expansions
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools is preferred
