Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Unions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for union customers, including implementation and onboarding
  • Build strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive outcomes
  • Monitor performance and deliver insights to demonstrate the company's impact through regular reporting

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management roles
  • Previous experience working with clients in the Union/Public Labor sector
  • Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders and c-level executives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Comfortable in small teams and adapting to ambiguous start-up environments
