Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Unions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for union customers, including implementation and onboarding
- Build strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive outcomes
- Monitor performance and deliver insights to demonstrate the company's impact through regular reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management roles
- Previous experience working with clients in the Union/Public Labor sector
- Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders and c-level executives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Comfortable in small teams and adapting to ambiguous start-up environments
