Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to oversee customer engagement and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales activities, ensuring strong onboarding and relationship-building with customers
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customers' business needs and drive revenue growth through expansion opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer, influencing internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Proven track record of driving sustainable account growth
  • Experience with project management and customer relationship management tools
  • Comfortable with technology and able to influence challenging customers
  • Preferred experience in SaaS or HCM, with knowledge of EOR/global expansion industry
