Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to oversee customer engagement and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities, ensuring strong onboarding and relationship-building with customers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customers' business needs and drive revenue growth through expansion opportunities
- Act as the voice of the customer, influencing internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
- Proven track record of driving sustainable account growth
- Experience with project management and customer relationship management tools
- Comfortable with technology and able to influence challenging customers
- Preferred experience in SaaS or HCM, with knowledge of EOR/global expansion industry
