  • 2+ years of experience leading Customer Success or Account Management teams
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or digital marketing
  • Strong ability to build scalable processes and systems
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in managing high-value customer relationships
