Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will implement account plans to grow and secure customer relationships while working remotely and focusing on retention, renewals, and account expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand a revenue base by managing customer accounts and driving upgrade revenue
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their key contact and advocate
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify opportunities for customer growth and product adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven expertise in driving account expansion within large accounts
- Experience in building multi-threaded relationships with customers
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Customer Success Platforms
