Senior Cyber Security Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Consultant, Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical security assessments and evaluate customer network architecture and security controls
• Draft professional reports summarizing findings and recommendations to enhance security posture
• Analyze security documentation and configure playbooks, including security tool rulesets and alert thresholds

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in cyber security assessments, security engineering, or security architecture reviews
• Experience in Red Teaming/Offensive Security, Zero Trust Assessments, Incident Response, or Cyber Threat Hunting
• Active US Government Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI
• Experience with Security Operations Center Tooling and Platform (e.g., SIEM, IDS, IPS, SOAR, EDR)
