Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Experimentation & Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own data-driven growth approach focused on experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Conduct proactive analysis and monitoring of site funnel performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Establish best practices and expand analytical tools to enhance analytical excellence
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a DTC subscription company
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel
- Experience with growth marketing, applied statistics, and subscription-based growth metrics
- Proficient in sourcing and joining information from various analytics platforms
- Expertise in event tracking and designing events for valuable insights
