Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Reporting Data Analyst responsible for developing SQL and Tableau reports to support organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage internal reporting, ad-hoc data queries, and proactive analysis for decision-making
- Collaborate with various teams to synthesize and analyze clinical data, providing actionable insights
- Create and maintain SQL scripts and reports while ensuring adherence to visual and procedural standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare Analytics or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in training and guiding team members on reporting standards and practices
- Ability to manage and synthesize large datasets effectively
