Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Engineer will design and build scalable data pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, and support open lake-house architectures to enable analytics and reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines for various workloads
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows to integrate data from multiple enterprise and external sources
• Implement data quality checks and governance practices to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and open lakehouse architecture
• 5+ years of experience creating automated data pipelines and performing data modeling
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL, Python, and using modern ETL/ELT frameworks
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns and distributed data processing
