Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to construct applications for global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to implement and enhance applications on the data framework
- Design and develop complex workflows using tools like Oozie or Airflow
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance big data platforms using open-source technologies
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Open Source and Big Data technologies
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Cloudera, or similar platforms
- Expertise in Java development for scalable solutions
- In-depth knowledge of SQL/NoSQL technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
