Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer/Scientist to join their People Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines and data structures based on business needs
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver high-quality analytic products
- Integrate external datasets with internal data and build analytical models to identify patterns
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering and data science roles
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and processing
- Experience in building ETL pipelines and designing data models at scale
- Expertise in creating data pipelines with new API endpoints
