Senior Data Science Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Science Manager, Ads Platform & Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of data scientists to achieve long-term goals
- Drive analytics and data science projects in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Develop and implement A/B testing and statistical frameworks to analyze product performance
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field with relevant industry experience
- 4+ years of management experience; experience managing managers is a bonus
- Strong programming skills in Python or R and SQL
- Deep understanding of online experimentation and causal inference
- Experience in building data foundations and enabling self-serve analytics
