Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to enhance predictive modeling and visualization capabilities within the actuarial department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data pipelines for integrating structured and unstructured data
- Develop predictive models for rating, conversion, and retention purposes
- Create and maintain dashboard visualizations in Power BI and Radar
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with SQL Server and Snowflake
- Familiarity with WTW's Radar suite, including Radar Base and Emblem
