Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Applied ML).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentorship to teams across the Data Science organization
• Build models to quantify the impact of negative experiences on the platform
• Develop novel experimentation techniques to optimize incentive spend

Required Qualifications

• PhD preferred, or a Master's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to design and execute complex data and modeling solutions across multiple teams
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models at scale
• Advanced knowledge of causal inference techniques
• Track record of maintaining a high technical bar in a data science organization
