Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models linking clinical and operational activities to financial performance
- Identify measurement gaps for key performance indicators and standardize measurement definitions across the organization
- Execute analyses to quantify financial and risk trade-offs in value-based arrangements and support financial reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cost of care or clinical outcomes in healthcare settings
- Proficient in developing financial models and forecasts using Excel
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial and clinical metrics
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and SQL or similar coding languages
- Formal training in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or Econometrics
