Job Summary

- Generate actionable insights to improve member recommendations
- Estimate the impact of algorithm changes and design experiments
- Collaborate with the Analytics, Machine Learning, and Product teams
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in data science focusing on predictive analytics or personalization
- Expertise in Python for data manipulation and model building
- Proficient in SQL and strong knowledge of statistics
- Familiarity with data transformation tools like DBT or Airflow
