Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will manage the entire AI/ML model development lifecycle, focusing on designing, developing, and operationalizing AI systems and ML models to enhance educational experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on diverse projects independently while guiding junior colleagues
- Propose innovative solutions to business problems using data science and AI methodologies

Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree (or equivalent) in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1+ years of applicable work experience after obtaining a doctorate
- Deep understanding of AI engineering patterns and large language model (LLM) principles
- Proficiency in Python and SQL with at least 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and report on AI projects delivering business value
