Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Lead, Data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build new support processes for product launches related to analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data foundation and metrics
  • Create core Support dashboards and track progress towards team goals

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience or Master's degree with 4 years experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python/R for analysis and modeling
  • Experience with time series forecasting, optimization, and predictive modeling
  • Ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments
