Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Lead, Data.

- Build new support processes for product launches related to analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data foundation and metrics
- Create core Support dashboards and track progress towards team goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years industry experience or Master's degree with 4 years experience
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python/R for analysis and modeling
- Experience with time series forecasting, optimization, and predictive modeling
- Ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments
