Key Responsibilities

- Conduct first-pass legal reviews and address security and compliance requests
- Analyze deal data and identify process improvements to support business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in deal desk, sales operations, or similar roles in SaaS or tech
- Strong knowledge of deal structuring, compliance, and contract management
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and contract lifecycle tools
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) and first-pass legal review
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
