Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead software and technology delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of software development across 1 to 2 squads, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate agile processes, planning, and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing visibility into project progress and managing risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in agile multidisciplinary teams delivering high transactional digital products
• Deep knowledge of user-centered product teams and various delivery methods and tools
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and modern development practices
• Proven expertise in relationship management and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to coach teams and individuals to foster self-organization and continuous improvement
