Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Demand Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business performance and drive omnichannel operational and service goals through inventory analysis
- Develop and execute action plans to mitigate business risks and ensure strong in-stock performance
- Cultivate vendor partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams on SKU and seasonal transitions
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, preferably in Retail Management or Supply Chain
- 3+ years of Demand Planning or Merchandise Planning experience in a retail/omnichannel environment
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, including databases and spreadsheets
- Experience with unified supply chain and retail planning platforms such as Relex, Blue Yonder, Oracle, or SAP
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
