Senior Director, Ecommerce Pharmacy
Job Summary
Owning the performance and growth of the online pharmacy business, the full-time Senior Director, Ecommerce Pharmacy will be responsible for revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy and revenue plan for the online pharmacy
- Enhance the end-to-end customer journey and improve conversion rates through data-driven insights
- Lead ecommerce merchandising strategy and align marketing efforts with on-site experiences
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree; a master's in computer science or business is preferred
- Over 10 years of ecommerce or digital business experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience managing a high-volume ecommerce P&L
- Strong background in conversion optimization and digital merchandising
- Experience in regulated or fulfillment-heavy environments is strongly preferred
