Senior Director HRCC Strategy
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, HRCC Strategy, Product and Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HRCC business strategy and product vision for contact centers, focusing on technology and automation
- Identify areas for automation and collaborate with teams to gather requirements and create roadmaps
- Manage relationships with external software partners and oversee product management of key contact center tools
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) + years of leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-channel global Contact Center environment
- Five (5) + years of experience leading teams through change management and transformation
- Strong understanding of Contact Center technology and efficiency levers
- Experience with CRM, IVR, and other contact center technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or related fields
