Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the Local by Toast app
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on growth priorities and advocate for resource needs
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track growth performance and build a high-performing growth team

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving profitable growth for consumer-facing apps and marketplaces
• Deep knowledge of hyperlocal growth strategies, including geotargeted campaigns and local SEO
• Experience in an early-stage venture environment with a focus on speed and adaptability
• Technical fluency with CRM/CDP platforms, analytics/SQL, and marketing automation tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
