Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Sales / Senior Director of Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets and expand the customer base
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with payers and health systems
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to communicate the company's value proposition
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector focusing on enterprise-level deals
- Success in negotiating and closing substantial deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare market dynamics and challenges
- Experience in startup environments and ability to adapt to rapid changes
- Experience selling digital health solutions to payers and health systems
