Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance through forecasting and monitoring key performance indicators
• Lead a small internal finance team and develop financial models for strategic decision-making
• Prepare budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial statement analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years in progressively responsible finance/FP&A leadership roles
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills; Power Query skills preferred
• Experience in a complex, matrixed professional services organization in an FP&A role
• Prior investment banking experience preferred
