Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Innovation - Clinical Trials to drive the implementation of its innovation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative projects and manage the innovation pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and represent the organization at industry events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives
- Experience in a CRO or similar environment is highly desirable
- PhD preferred
