Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of client projects and project teams, managing internal staff
• Implement and maintain department processes to enhance productivity and quality while reducing costs and cycle times
• Manage financial aspects of departmental profit and loss and study budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science or related field; industry-related discipline preferred
• 10 years of Project Management experience in a CRO, with at least 8 years in a management role
• Experience in full service global clinical trial project management
• Strong background in bid defense meetings and portfolio management
• Expert knowledge of the drug development process and clinical research methods
