Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality Improvement to provide strategic leadership on quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for quality improvement initiatives across all business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and innovative programs to enhance quality outcomes
  • Oversee activities and resources to achieve enterprise-wide quality improvement strategies and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration
  • 8+ years of quality improvement experience
  • Healthcare operations management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications
  • Master's degree and RN license preferred
