Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality Improvement to provide strategic leadership on quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for quality improvement initiatives across all business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and innovative programs to enhance quality outcomes
- Oversee activities and resources to achieve enterprise-wide quality improvement strategies and ensure compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration
- 8+ years of quality improvement experience
- Healthcare operations management experience preferred
- Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications
- Master's degree and RN license preferred
