Senior Director of Strategic Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Strategic Account Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a strategic customer growth vision for long-term value
• Manage account teams overseeing large health plan payers with significant annual contract value
• Collaborate with various departments to drive sustainable growth and align with customers' digital transformation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing large health payers (1MM members)
• 3+ years in a people leadership role
• Deep understanding of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield landscape and inter-plan operations
• BA or BS degree; MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
• Proven track record in strategy implementation and financial acumen
