Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Talent Management & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company's talent strategy, including talent management, leadership development, and performance management
- Oversee succession planning processes and talent review strategies to promote internal mobility and leadership continuity
- Lead a high-performing Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team while creating scalable solutions for organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management and organizational development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience in organizational design efforts to accelerate business growth is a plus
