Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to manage complex employee relations cases and provide guidance to leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle investigations into sensitive employee relations matters and provide coaching to leaders
- Advise on formal processes in accordance with company policies and local labor laws
- Participate in employee relations projects and coordinate information with other team members
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5 years of employee relations experience required
- Undergraduate degree in business, law, human resources, or related field preferred
- Appropriate HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, CIPD, etc.) preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
- Experience with case management tools and Microsoft Office preferred
