Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to manage complex employee relations cases and provide guidance to leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle investigations into sensitive employee relations matters and provide coaching to leaders
  • Advise on formal processes in accordance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Participate in employee relations projects and coordinate information with other team members

Required Qualifications and Education
  • 5 years of employee relations experience required
  • Undergraduate degree in business, law, human resources, or related field preferred
  • Appropriate HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, CIPD, etc.) preferred
  • Good knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
  • Experience with case management tools and Microsoft Office preferred
