Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to drive processes, policies, and strategy across Employee Relations in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the equitable and clear Employee Relations process in South Africa
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address team member concerns and integrate Employee Relations into company practices
  • Monitor risks, identify trends, and develop mitigation strategies for potential Employee Relations issues

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting an Employee Relations function
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and Employee Relations principles and practices required for South Africa
  • Experience with performance management and Employee Relations processes in South Africa
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
