Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive enablement programs for revenue teams, focusing on onboarding best practices and skill development
Collaborate with revenue leadership to design and execute programs that address team needs and gaps
Establish key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

7+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, or related field
Experience in designing and executing onboarding enablement programs
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional working groups
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with MEDDPIC and GitHub products
