Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Leader to guide and scale their Research and Backend Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and execution of systems supporting derivatives trading
- Inspire and manage cross-functional engineering teams while optimizing workflows
- Drive end-to-end software lifecycle management and ensure operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Expertise in designing large-scale production systems, preferably in cloud-based architectures
- Functional knowledge of derivatives markets, including options and perpetual futures
- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse engineering teams
- Experience with modern software engineering practices and Web3 development
