Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Grafana Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regular 1:1s and provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports
- Guide engineers in cross-functional collaboration and assist in breaking down features into tasks
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and leadership to influence product strategy and technical designs
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in people management with a technical background in engineering
- Familiarity with AI, ML, and GenAI applications in solving real-world problems
- Experience working with Product Management and Design to enhance user experiences
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with public Cloud services and SRE/DevOps concepts
