Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor 10-12 engineers across 1-2 cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
- Partner with product and business leaders to develop and execute multi-quarter roadmaps and project timelines
- Own the delivery and scalability of engineering solutions, driving agile practices and promoting technical excellence
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of engineering management experience and 8+ years in software development
- Experience managing multiple engineering teams and owning multi-quarter roadmaps
- Strong understanding of full-stack product development, including frontend and backend systems
- Skilled in creating scalable engineering architectures and designs
- Experience in managing concurrent projects in dynamic environments
