Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on Virtual Power Plant (VPP) optimization and orchestration, driving technology initiatives and collaborating with product management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical and operational guidance
• Collaborate with product management to scope and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals
• Utilize a data-driven approach to improve software quality and team processes

• Ability to engage in technical discussions at both system and architecture levels
