Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to improve system efficiencies and enhance member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office to support IT-related tasks and provide technical expertise
- Manage enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of business and technical challenges
- Participate in project implementation, including analysis, design, testing, and user acceptance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 5+ years in the financial services industry as a Business or Systems Analyst
- 5+ years of project management experience leading IT and cross-functional projects
- 3+ years of experience gathering user requirements for scoping exercises
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Analytical or Financial fields
- PMP Certification is a plus
