Senior Evaluation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Evaluation Associate experienced in applied research.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various sources to develop processes and recommendations for evaluation projects
• Support evaluation design and manage projects through their lifecycle from design to data analysis
• Coordinate with fieldwork subcontractors and clients for effective project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least six years of relevant experience or a master's degree with at least four years of relevant experience
• Practical experience in managing and manipulating datasets using R programming
• Experience with primary data collection using quantitative and evaluation methods
• Interest and experience in international affairs and public diplomacy
• Prior experience in overseeing fieldwork and conducting interviews is a plus
