Job Summary

Leading full package and die-level failure analysis of analog and mixed-signal ICs, the full-time Senior Failure Analysis Engineer will conduct electrical testing, failure mode characterization, and fault isolation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Performs die level and package level failure analysis independently using multiple FA tools and techniques
  • Generates formal FA reports to summarize and communicate technical analysis results to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborates with engineering teams for root cause analysis and resolution of customer and internal issues
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in semiconductor IC Failure Analysis
  • Hands-on experience with FA equipment such as Curve Tracer, SEM/EDX, and Scanning Acoustic Microscope
  • Proficient in electrical circuit analysis and bench testing
  • Knowledge of IC fabrication, semiconductor physics, and basic circuit configurations
