Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Strategist, Cement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ambitious green cement legislation at municipal, regional, and state levels
• Build and sustain coalitions with diverse stakeholders, including labor, environmental justice advocates, and policymakers
• Execute a comprehensive field-building strategy aligned with organizational goals and equity principles

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in coalition development and capacity building
• Experience in strategy development and implementation in diverse coalition settings
• Strong relationship-building skills with various external constituencies
• Background in the climate movement or social justice initiatives
• Ability to navigate and address systemic issues related to equity and justice
