Job Summary
A company is looking for a D365 Senior Finance Consultant (Managed Services/Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support for Dynamics 365 ERP Financial and Project modules
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor support cases, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in larger project initiatives and lead process area-specific workstreams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Financials experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations experience
- Minimum 1 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Financials or attainment of certification within the first 90 days of employment
