A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Finance to drive positive business outcomes through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance business partners supporting SG&A, Operations, Technology, and Product
- Lead and develop a team of 4 - 6 financial analysts
- Provide decision support through financial modeling and strategic analysis for new product development and long-term contracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of direct financial planning and analysis experience
- 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience
- Large ERP experience, preferably SAP
- Strong Excel skills
