Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support for hospital volume reporting and budget development
- Analyze and report on volume and revenue data, investigate variances, and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity, create financial models, and support forecasting efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 4-5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in financial analysis or related roles
- Experience with large data sets, Excel, and Access; knowledge of SQL is beneficial
- Knowledge of hospital service lines and delivery systems preferred
- Comfort with analytics, budgeting, and reporting financial data
